Today we’re going to look at CPA exam candidate numbers. decrease in 4th sections passed.

The number of CPA candidates who took the Uniform CPA Examination in 2022 was about 7% lower than the previous year, the Financial Times reported on May 28. FT reported that was the lowest amount of CPA exam takers in at least 17 years. The number of CPA exam modules being sat by U.S.

From Is There Really a Shortage of Entry Level Accountants? A record 68,639 students graduated with accounting degrees in 2010. Nearly 4 in 10 accounting graduates hired last year by CPA firms had master’s degrees, compared with 26 percent in 2008. This is a decrease of 2.8% FIFTEEN YEARS AGO.

OK that’s not so bad for us, it says right there their CPAs are choosing to work for foreign companies. I, myself, started with Php 20,000, then jumped ship to another company, landed Php 65,000 and now, in my current, I am at six-figure already, and I am not a CPA too (not boasting).
